Michelle Lang-Raymond

Michelle Lang-Raymond is the Founder and Executive Director of Acts On Stage, a theater focused on centering the voices, talents and initiatives of People of Color and Creatives of Faith. To her current work, Michelle brings years of experience in community development and pastoral ministry – most recently serving as Campus Pastor at Warner Pacific University. Michelle is a singer, songwriter, and worship leader who’s produced multiple albums with her band, Michelle Lang & Still Water. As a producer, playwright and activist, she created the interactive workshop experience called “The Art of Tough Talks”. Michelle has a Bachelors in Organizational Psychology and a Masters In Religion. In 2020 she married her husband Jay and enjoys the stillness and adventure of doing life with him. Michelle is a native of Mississippi with a Northwest love for coffee, the daughter of an Army soldier, the stepmom of two towering sons, and sincerely believes “Shrek” is one of the greatest movies ever made. She considers herself a southern girl who has relocated to the Kingdom for good.
