Rachel Leong is a grad student with a heart for pursuing truth, justice, and light. She was born on the East coast, raised in the West coast and islands, and calls Hawai’i home. Her work focuses on advocating for the marginalized, specifically people of color and women. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s in Student Development and College Counseling, with research focusing on Asian American identity and anti-Blackness in the Asian community. She serves in the Office of Women’s Development and hopes to pursue a doctorate in the future. You can find her soaking up the sun wherever she can or cooking Japanese food in the kitchen.
